1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 8ubd website and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 8ubd complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 8ubd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawfully available in jurisdictions outside its intended service area.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information typically includes:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years or older
• A valid email address that you own and can access
• A current mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• A chosen username and secure password

You agree to maintain accurate account information and to update your details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on 8ubd at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or consecutively — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8ubd reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any accumulated bonus balance without prior notice.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

8ubd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is approved:

• Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 8ubd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8ubd will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8ubd support immediately by emailing [email protected]. 8ubd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to report the breach promptly or where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your 8ubd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements and any applicable wagering conditions on outstanding bonuses.

3.4 Account Suspension by 8ubd

8ubd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested period
• Confirmed or suspected under-age account registration
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8ubd currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Direct bank transfers are supported for select accounts via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may change over time; the current list is always displayed in the Platform cashier.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. These limits are displayed within the cashier at the time of deposit. 8ubd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time in accordance with risk management and regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 8ubd are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. In the event of ambiguity, 8ubd's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final. Accepted bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated settlement period, or verified data feed error affecting displayed odds.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

5.3 Live Casino

5.4 Bet Settlement

5.5 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect odds display, game outcome, or balance update, 8ubd reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. This applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the user at the time of the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered accounts only. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. 8ubd reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

8ubd takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus balance and, in repeat cases, permanent account closure:

• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus-funded profit
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution
• Registering multiple accounts to claim new-user bonuses more than once
• Exploiting technical errors that result in unintended bonus crediting

6.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

8ubd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not materially disadvantage users who have already met the qualifying conditions for that promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ubd platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or submitting falsified identity documents
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bet settlement in a manner that exploits the platform
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 8ubd
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse 8ubd staff or other users
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the 8ubd software infrastructure

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8ubd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 8ubd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 8ubd.

Game titles, studio names, and associated marks (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the 8ubd platform does not constitute any claim of ownership by 8ubd.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8ubd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or corruption of data

• Decisions made by you based on information or odds displayed on the Platform that are subsequently found to have been affected by an error

In all cases, 8ubd's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
